每月 $20 + data + tax. 如果小孩子只是打电话发短信的话，他分摊到的费用应小于$

packet (cost extra), $36/year
h2o pay as you go, $10 per 90 days, 5 cents per minute (text), ATT network,
can use data
(not cheap,but available in case of need), ~$40/year
pageplus pay as you go, $10 per 120 days, 6 cents per minute. Verizon
network. I think you can still use data while on paygo, but check their
rates. At minimum, ~$30/year.
tello pay as you go, very cheap, Sprint network if it has good coverage in
your area, $10 might last over 1 year
For children who needs to get in touch with parents (school pickup etc), I
would pay for real celluar voice call. You don't want your kids stranded
somewhere without means to reach you. |

cost is not cheap, Pageplus pay as you go is likely offer data too, however
we no longer use it nowadays so I cannot say for sure.
