Try to send the number a blank fp text, once you click send, you will be
taken to fp texting window, where you can see a phone dialer symbol which
you could use. If you create a texting thread with a person with fp, you
can open that thread and tap that phone symbol.
Fp does not always credit the data back to you, so there is not much benefit
to use fp rather than hangouts. However, sometimes hangouts does not ring
the phone, but it is said that FP, like all other VoIPs, does not always
ring the phone either. | L********3

freedompop只能用数据，打电话得装他家的软件。

的APP，就当作纯data 使用就好，电话短信就另外用google voice来弄吧，他们自己的
