Amberly is also close to HT. But Weldon Ridge's assigned Elementary school
is better. It is Mill's Park E. Amberly's assigned school is year round

发帖数: 450 | 6 location wise, they are like 1~2 miles apart, not much difference.
noticeable differences include elementary school (Mills Park E, traditional,
Alston Ridge E, year round), and HOA (Amberly is much bigger community
compared with Weldon Ridge).
personally, i don't think Mills Park E will go year-round.
Mills Park E was going to be opened as year around a few years back. But
board members voted unanimous to convert it into traditional before it was
opened. It is the only traditional elementary school in the close-by area (
Highcroft, Alston Ridge, Carpenter, Turner-Creek), and that is exactly why
it is 'over-crowed'. They should turn Highcroft (good E school as well) back
to traditional so that families favoring traditional don't have to squeeze
into Mill Park E. Just like Green-hope E was converted back to traditional
from year-around. |

Principle的，还有说从来没看到孩子做作业。 |

Maybe. If not to Mills Park, it will be assigned to year round Alston Ridge,
also pretty good.
