office 跑了两趟，中间房租公司派了个水管工来看了一眼，水管工说他没法修，说第
二天给我打电话看看咋办。然后杳无音信，然后接着给房租公司又发了几封邮件，都没
有回音。郁闷，墙面已经发霉长了好多毛。Lease 签了一年，这破房子隔三差五漏水，
怎么退掉，或者可以找什么地方投诉？ |

ask your depoisit back

发帖数: 114 | 5 谢谢你，发了这么多天只有你一个人回复我。我看了一下南卡这个部门和北卡这个部门
的网站职能不大一样，南卡的没有包含HOUSING这一项，南卡这个部门职责貌似主要处
理种族歧视。我问了这里当地的老外，老外告诉我该怎么做。谢谢.不知道怎么给你发
包子。
