I heard that buyer normally will have to add ~20k to 30k for upgrade, is
that true?
also, is their price negotiable?
The price is at my upper limit. Can't afford anything higher.
also any cheaper area with good schools to recommend?

一般米国人的标准是房价的20%用来室内装修。
不过老中一般都比较cheap (run~~~)，加二三十K upgrade基本也就不错啦。
要是一点也不加的话，房子看起来会比较寒酸。就算是你觉得自己住没关系，也还有一
天要卖不是？
价钱嘛，永远都是negotiable的，只是有谈得成和谈不成之分就是啦。 | y*****6
