发帖数: 6 | 1 I want to sublease one bedroom in UT North from 1 July – 31 August. It is
5 minutes to campus by walking.
The rent fee is 350$/month, including everything (utility, cable, air
conditioner). There is furniture (bed, table and kitchenware) and
independent bathroom. the other 2 roommates are very friendly and nice; one
is from U.S. and another is from India, both of them mostly stay out for
working and back at night.
Only sublease to girl because my roommates are girls.
