两年前的车祸， 我全责。现场没人收伤，没救护车，消防车到现场。我的轿车total了
，对方的suv听保险公司说修了几千。 对方后来去医院检查， claim body injury. 我
的保险up to $250,000/$500,000. 现在保险公司说没法和对方settle, 原文如下
