标 题: 人在美国H-1B，申请个UK T1做backup，可行吗？

人在美国H-1B，申请个UK T1做backup，可行吗？有人这样作的吗？还是最多申请个加
拿大的作backup。
UK T1怎么看着不太明白，是申请下来马上就得去的吗？

required to enter the UK within 6 months.
As to Canada, first check whether you are qualified to immigrate. It is much
stricter than a few years ago. I'd say most young H1Bs are not eligible
under the new policy. |

一做的一件事就是签了个字而已。
而且是跟着工作走，不是跟着人走，跟枫叶卡本来就没有可比性吧。

我已经有枫叶卡了，但是在加拿大很难找到对口的工作，只能随便做别的工作
在美国比较容易找到一个非常匹配的，正在办h1-b .. |

citizen是4年内呆满3年。

得转。你有的只是一个名额而已。如果新单位不办理H1B，你原来有也跳不成。转跟重
新办一个一样，区别就是不比跟别人抢名额了。

can leave after landing.

Chinese national, and of course you can leave UK after landing there for the
first time, nobody can stop you. However, just keep in mind your visa is
valid (gives you the right to live and work in the UK) for only 2 years. I
believe you may return to the UK during that 2 year period if you decide too
, but after that, you won't be able to extend your visa (normally 3 years
extension), or applying to permanent residency (Indef
