i'll sign up a lease for a studio soon!!
vely vely spacious one, with WALK-IN CLOSET, huge windown with Mahattan view,
21st floor, seperated kitchen!!! laungry at EACH floor!!
by the Hudson River, so mom can have a walk by the river everyday leh!!
the owner will leave a Black leather sofa and a small dinning set(one table+
3 chairs) in the apartment..
i'm so happy yah!! finally.. the passed 3 months are pretty harsh yah...
in terms of living condition...
