大部分是我做，但是每次文章最后还是老板来改，改动往往还是挺大的，当然主要
是语言的润色和表达上面。在idea上面，他也都有贡献。
我们写第一篇的时候，他就向我解释过这个问题。他说除非>80%工作是一个人做的
，才不按last name 排序。他还举了他一个朋友的例子，说那个人就是因为last n
ame比较靠后，所以第一作者的文章很少，不过没有人觉得他research做的不好。
我们组里别的学生和我老板写文章的时候也都是这样子署名的，有个人last name排
在我老板的前面，所以除了他们的第一篇文章外（那篇主要是我老板的idea)，就都
是那个学生排第一了。
大家觉得这样正常吗？如果一直没有第一作者的文章是不是毕业很难找到工作？ |

The first author means he/she is the person who carried out the most of the
research. Usually, the first author should be the student if the idea is the
student's and the student carried out the work mostly by himself.
If the idea is your boss's, there is very difficult to decide who is the first
author. If the paper is 80% or more belongs to your boss, I guess he has the
right to be the first author.

last. but I know somebody are different: the authors are sorted by their
last name regardless who contribute the most. the boss actually has a page
to state it in his website. :-)

相对来说其它东西都是体力活了，
如果这两方面都是老板做了很多工作，按照名字排已经很厚道了。
