should be someone who knows your field and can give you advice on that matter.
But his Dad is just a local college lecturer. If you think he really can
advise his son on how to publish research on IEEE Trans. then don't you think
he should be hired by Fudan or JiaoDa as a full professor?

到过这么多国家。就差没有音乐才华了。和和。
不过，偶最佩服的还是PIAGET，不过，不是一个系的，但人家10岁就发了JOURNAL。
当时因为那片PAPER，还有人请他做顾问什么。他年纪太小，而没有去。

了而已。如果今后今后平庸了，不是他不再天才了，只是走偏了路而已。
至于是不是真天才，还要看他这辈子，能不能做到别人做不到的事情

另外我见过好几个上海的小孩，大学一年级甚至中学就发paper，有发好的杂志的有发不
好的，不过都不是他们自己的东西，枪手哪儿买的或者朋友帮忙，目的就是为了增加背
景申请美国的学校。
