Thank you very much for your quick reply.
He will take GRE on Nov. 27, but I am sure he would not get good score in
Verbal part. He hasn't started for preparing it yet,:(.
Fortunately he got very good recommendations from his faculties. At beginning
he just wanted to apply for the master's program in UA only, but his
instructor encouraged him to apply for some better schools.
I have checked some top CS programs, most of them require sub GRE or research

schools should be possible. Personally I feel that he should focus on those
ranked 10-25.
