2013 at bioinformatics lab in School of Computing, Clemson University.
We are collaborating with researcher from USDA to study the disease
resistance related genes in citrus using next-generation sequence
technology. The major researches are focused on developing new
algorithms and methodologies to analyze next-generation sequencing data.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Master Degree in Computer Science, Applied Math or Statistics.
- Proficiency in programming using languages as C++, java, R or Matlab.
- Strong background in machine learning, algorithm and statistics.
- Good GRE and TOEFL scores.
