The Networking Research Lab at University of Memphis invites applications
for a full-time postdoctoral research fellow position in Future Internet
Design starting immediately to perform research, publishing and proposal
writing.
Minimum Qualifications
- Ph.D. degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering is required.
- The candidate should have strong publications in international conferences
and journals. Preference will be given to candidates with research
experience in Internet routing.
- The candidate must have extensive experience in simulation and
implementation.
- Good verbal and written skills in English are required.
This is a two-year grant funded position. The fellow will work on a future
Internet design project,
collaborating with top computer scientists from PARC, UCLA,
UIUC, UC San Diego, Washington University, Yale University,
Colorado State University, University of Arizona, and UC Irvine.

发帖数: 37 | 6 See the Taulbee survey http://www.cra.org/resources/crn-archive-view-detail/undergraduate_cs_degree_production_rises_doctoral_production_steady/ (see the faculty salary table towards the end of the report). Salary depends on many factors (location of the school, experience of the candidate, etc.), the median is about $46k for postdoc in departments ranked 38 or higher when the suvey was done 2009-2010 (don't think they survey all the schools).
