这个clue应该对Watson非常有利。问题中提到这个city的两个机场，进一步可以narrow
search space down. 不知道为什么Watson会犯如此低级的错误。

发帖数: 256 | 3 估计还是算法出了问题。今天我参加了一个seminar,就是IBM的工程师过来讲Watson的
。他们介绍说着Watson里面build了一个逻辑库，用来把搜索的结果根据逻辑combine起
来，最后还有一个ranking。我猜是逻辑库把问题理解错了,把search的正确结果搞掉了

does not related to the 'answer', so watson put very low weight on this clue

And in its brain, those airport names somehow do not connect with WWII.
The confidence of Toronto is only 30%, with Chicago the second likely answer
