programs require 3 to 5 years of solid full-time work experience. If you don
't have these, you need to have something else that's really exceptional to
demonstrate your ability. |

已经读到博士了 一开始工作肯定都是和科研相关的 以后想做相关行业的管理和贸易
现在想想也觉得很难，博士毕业20好几，如果再去工作3到5年，肯定30出头了，到时候
再去读MBA，又要说年纪太大了。。。唉 看来还是本科毕业工作才是王道

Cornell recuits many PhDs into their MBA program. Can't remember the details
, one of my colleague got the MBA there. You might want to check out how
many years of work experience they average. |

count. But, like everything else in business, "it depends".
You can actually test it yourself. Check out the application essays from
these MBA programs, and see if you can write good essays based on your
experience. |

associate position directly at some top consulting firms without a MBA. |

smart in several rounds of interview. Save the hassle of getting a MBA.
Nowadays, many MBA have trouble finding a nice job. BTW, what's your area
of phd. TA/RA normally does not count as working experience.

可惜当年不喜欢consulting，否则也去试试好了
