Master: Acct, USA, not famous school but acct rank is good, RA, still no

Math: Multivariate Statistics (SAS), Regression Analysis, Econometrics...
GMAT:720, 5.5
TOEFL: waived(?)
RLs: 1) Econ Professor (3 courses & 1 project); 2) Director of current MAS
program; 3) Current RA professor in the MAS program.
Goal: Ph.D. in Acct, USA, Top 100 school.
Prefer behaviorial research/financial research, NO tax research.
Other: highly motivated, very determined to go for a Ph.D. and do research.
