I was doing a part-time top MFE degree, but the work has been so demanding
that i have to drop out the degree early (with a very bad GPA <<3, and some
failed courses).
now, I decide to apply for a full time degree (MBA school) next year, because
I could concentrate on study.
I had a top CS master degree in US with pretty good GPA, but i am still very
worried about the low GPA at my part-time master degree.

persuade adcom, you are in a very good shape to be in a magic 7 school next
year.
