A. Negative equity market enviornment
1. Continental European governments have already suspended several
privatization projects in the pipeline because they worry about the
"inappropriate" valuations by the current equity market.
As I said, continental European governments are more of raising funds for
government budget. They are never real believers on "invisible hand" although
in the last decade they had changed their attitudes slowly.
