...the bankruptcy act introduce provisions that improve lenders's ability to
take possession of secured assets. Before the act, defaulted lenders had
less restricted access to secured property.
两个问题，
(1)这描述的第一句和第二句是不是自相矛盾阿，improve lenders's ability to take
possession of secured assets after the act 是不是与 less restricted access
to secured property before the act 矛盾阿。 是不是应该是more restricted
access before the act才对
（2）这里说的lender 是所有的lender吗，是不是只有secured debt le |

发帖数: 21 | 6 less 讲的是 less access ，而不是讲的 less restricted 。就是说 act 前后的
access 都是 restricted 的，但是 act 之后的 restricted access 比较多。
