that is used to introduce the company; a dynamic region that actively
display newly uploaded files; a region for viewers to post; and a region to
do advertisement.
I have very limited PHP, ASP, Database knowledge). Is is possible to do this
thing by myself? Any existing framework I can use?

good choice, but you can try some CMS scripts like drupal and joomla, you
can build websites easily with these scripts even with no programming
knowledge. |

I have a paid hosting on godaddy. so all i need to do is to use joomla to
create a page and upload it to godaddy hosting? so simple?
