fading from right side to left side, then right side will be very clear, and
left side will be very fuzzy. Can photoshop do this? I tried the whole day,
but still don't know how to do it. Anybody knows how to do it please tell me.

basically any major image editing software can do.
there should be many ways... let me tell just one:
open the image, press Q, click on the backet/gradient
icon and make sure you choose gradient, make sure the
gradient pattern is simple from one side to another,
click on very left edge of the image and drag to very
right edge, make sure the line is level. release mouse
button. press Q to exit quick mask. now set your foreground
color (like white or whatever background of your page).
click on g
