Table sometimes has totally different appearance under IE and NS.
Basically I feel IE is more "inteligent" because it tolerates
some small "errors" in the table format; while NS gives very ugly
table if you omit any details (some are not important at all)
of a table.
Personally I believe NS is dead. No people are improving it.
