After some thinking, I think one for coordinator, 2 web interface design,
2 for server side application( one for database programing, one for cgi.
i think both can share the job)

Database design has finished. I will send out a copy to the members now.
on the hosting machine, we are expecting to get it to work by the end
of this week. We had some trouble with setting up the hard drive. Please
be patient meanwhile. Thanks a lot.
