and then North will become declarer. All other options come after when you
reject this option.
Second, if you refuse to accept the lead, you can either ask or forbid the
suit that was led out of turn, but you cannot quite designate which suit to
lead. When you do so, the card that was led out of turn could be taken back,
however, the possession of that card becomes unauthorized information.

is the most stupid of all. But then those color requirements for LM are all
stupid anyway. ACBL might be much better off in, say, requiring that to
achieve LM, one needs at least one regional open win. Then maybe you will see
people flood to those small, obscure regionals which currently has 40ish pairs
in the open pairs, to win that as well. And the pro's would certainly like to
see that since some will never have a s
