As far as I am concerned, there are a few RGBers, trying to work out Meckwell
system from the tournament record. I believe they have been doing that for
years(at least the last time I've heard of it, it was 5 or 6 years ago or so).
However, I do not think it's virtually possible for them to work it out, nor
is it a good idea for several reasons:
1.Meckwell have been changing their system from time to time, against
different opponents, in different tourneys. What I think is, they have several

I am just wondering:
1. whether they should "fully disclose" their methods.
2. to what extent they have done so.
3. why they never reveal the detail of their systems to others while keep
screaming that the "unusual" methods of others should be banned?
As dumb as I am, I cannot see any other reasons but the following:
1. if you are "good" guys, you don't have to fully disclose your systems.
2. Obviously very little they have revealed their system to others, since
no one understands it, not

There is a big difference between "full disclosure" and presentation of more
than 1000 pages of system notes. :-)
Bridge Laws don't require the latter.
To the same extent as Hamman-Wolff, Martel-Stansby and Cintra-Branco.
Their system/method is complex, but not unusual. This is a high-powered system
with which ordinary players are likely to have trouble.
In fact, a lot of their methods, credited to Rodwell, have leaked out and are
broadly adopted by GM level experts, such as serious 3NT, LTTC,

Hehe. That is a joke. Those three pairs are well-known of being accused
cheating.
Katz-Cohen(not the "Law" guy, it is a guy with the same name of Larry Cohen),
once had huge success in mid-70's, and they did publish a book about their
system called "Breakthrough".
Reese-Schapiro? Of course for the finger signal, and Facchini-Zuchelli for
their footstep signal under table. They were caught in 75 BB and were claimed
guilty but WBF didn't fully deprive the pair so they went on with the other

No, they don't have to publish anything.
I just wonder, if they "fully disclose" their system to
their opponents, how come after years and years, no one can
figure out what's going on? It's not easy, but it's highly
likely some freaks out there will get it done if reasonably
detailed informations are available.
And by the way, I guess, if they decide to write a book,
or even just an introduction to their system, their success in
tournments and the increasing curiosity of the public will
definite

No way. Less than 1% of human being on earth play bridge, and less than 1% of
them are serious players, and even less than 1% of such serious players would
be interested in Meckwell system and have the capability to handle it.
Remember, this is hi-tech to ordinary people. I'd say it's absolutely useless,
and even harmful for players who are not beyond Silver LM level. It probably
would be significant only to the first 10% players who make the McKenny Top
500 list.
Therefore, I totally agree tha

That is not true. First, I don't think the RGB guys are at the level of
working things out from tourney report. "No one can figure out what's going
on" is simply because those ones ain't good enough. Second, as I said, a lot
of their inventions(actually it's mainly Rodwell's invention, Meckstroth
doesn't bother much) have already been adopted by other serious players. At
least the framework of Meckwell has no longer been secret. Third, other top
experts at the same calibre as Meckwell, such as
