D, from all these, it's reasonable to say that pd has void or singleton in D.
With a no-waste points hand, I would defintely go 4H.

Partner's likely shape is 5-5-1-2 or 5-5-0-3, so the question is if his suits
are strong enough to sustain forcing in D. Although it's not completely ruled
out that he might be 5-6 or 6-5.
The game is not odds-on as you may need both majors to divide. In this
sequence, one may contemplate using maximal double as well since a fix has
already been established.
I think you might have an easier problem by passing the x of 2D. That

If there is a game, he should bid it, the fact he didn't probably means there
isn't. You can bid 3S to try his courage, 4H I think is out of question.
