I sit South, West open 4H. North/East pass, What do I bid now???

After many years' playing, I still don't find any convention can properly bid
this hand. Perhaps I have to cite Meckstroth's words: for some hand, there is
never right answer, It is pure GUESS work.
Let's see, If my pard has 3 cards in either suit, it is a almost sure | x***e
