1.卖了车是不是给钱交货，签title, 签bill of sale车就跟我沒关系了？
2.我不需要跟买家去dmv, 对吧？那plate怎么办？我又不能当场取下来。没有plate
return receipt我还能跟保险公司要求取消保险吗？
3.买家需要做正式的inspection，然后贴标签吗？我卖车以后是不是要把我自己的标签

Yes
You remove your plate.
Best choice: you drive your car to his place and have your plate removed
Second choice: let buyer pick up the car after he has got his own plate
Smart buyer may borrow a plate from another car of his own
and put it on your car at the point of sale, then drive it away.
Dumb buyer may ask AAA to tow the car to his place.
Then return your plate to RMV, notify your insurance.
It is called Mechanic inspection, done by his mechanic at his cost.
As for the annual inspection sticker on the windshield, leave it alone.

买家顾虑，我可否提前三个月做年检？ |
