When I worked at Charles Schwab, we were looking for programmers. One
contracting company sent us maybe 8-10 resumes for Indian applicants, and
every single resume had exactly the same wording except for the name of the
applicant. Same skills, same work experience, same schools, etc.
We interviewed some of them, and they didn't even have half of the
experience listed on their resumes. Some of them admitted they had never
even seen the resumes that were sent in their names.
The frustrating thing is, Schwab still hired some of them. The guy running
our group was Indian, and he didn't seem to have a problem with the resumes.
你看,这就是阿三经理人的态度。不管你水平如何,只要是自己人,我就是要招你,能
不能干活,一概不管。
老中就是做到了同职位,也不会明目张胆地这样做。
当然了,老中经理人可能上面也没有同胞罩着,做起来,畏首畏脚。
另外,老中的主人翁精神太强,生怕招进不合格的人,对公司造成伤害,所以要严格把
关,太不把自己当外人了。 |
