还有就是大概多少时间可以批下来 是不是 pending就可以了
是不是美国的专利可以直接apply到其他国家
我猜国内的专利法跟这里不一样 申请程序是不是差不多 申请所需的文档可以通用吗

发帖数: 4783 | 2 除非特别重要的，自己DIY即可。审批一般需要3-6年，是不是pending即可看你想干什
么了，美国专利就是美国专利，如果你不申请PCT或者申请PCT但在一定时间后不申请别
国专利，别国的人不能申请同样专利，但是别国的公司可以免费使用你的专利。

patent attorney. it seems that you are trying to do it on your own behalf.
You might want to save the money from attorney. I would still suggest that
you consult a patent attorney first, you need to do patent search etc.

For searching, do we need to search just in US only or other countries?
Normally how much does it cost?
How to select a patent attorney? Is it better talk with them face to face
or find one from web?
