Looked at Royal Crest apt in North Andover before. It's dated. Price might
be cheaper. Environment is nice. Many retired people there. It's on 125, a
bit far from 93. But next to Andover. Convenient location.
There is a new apt Avalon in Andover. But they're kind of far. More closer
to North Andover. You can search for it.

better to live south Andover but a lot other factors to consider too.

not that critical, avalon oaks west is fine too. also there's a brand new
one at wilmington commuter rail station. |
