There will be one great room available in Malden Towers (Hot!) from Jun1
2013.
The location of Malden Tower is great for Students especially for NEU
student. 3 Mins walking to sub station, stadium, Walgreens, Stopshop and
the
Malden policy center and government building are just at the foot of our
building. So it is pretty convenient for living and also safe. The only
tennis field in Malden is also just downstairs. Parking lot could be
applied if you have and will have a car.
The room previously was a large living room (also including a huge balcony),
but it could be a quasi-bedroom independently after efforts, of course, we
are very glad to help.
Location: 99 Florence St. Floor 8, Malden, 02148 (very good view)
The Price: 395/M (including Heat and Cool, a lot of money for a house)
Area: Large (even including balcony) with beautiful night view
Sunlight: Face to south (the sunny light offered from early morning to
afternoon)
Laundry: Only 1.00$
Roommates: 2 graduate students, nice persons, helpful. We have run our
lovely home here for 3 years and make it a warm harbor for Chinese student
to strive in Boston.
Our expectations to new roommate: nice, quiet and clean. Female preferred
