The rent is depending on how many people will be living there. We currently
have 6 people, and it is 1350 per month. If you have less people living in,
it might be less(you need to call and ask the landlord).
Our lease with the landlord is till Feb28. We want to move out ASAP for
family reasons(our parents are leaving, we do not need such a big apt). If
anyone can move in in Jan or Feb to take our lease, some deductions can be
made from the rent, that part will be paid by us.
