work everyday.
I didn't want to say anything but this has been ridiculous. If you
opened and run a restaurant no matter who comes to you it is gonna be your
customer. Again customer. If you don't treat your customer like a king as
should be, at least treat him/her the way you like to be treated.
But now what i saw is, a customer was treated badly by a restaurant owner
and on the other side, the owner didn't even feel any shame. What the f?
Someone might come up and say this was not the truth, this was not a bad
treatment, or she deserves it no matter what. But again no matter what, if
a customer comes to you and leaves from you against his/her will, this is
definitely a bad treatment! Couldn't be worse!
Then I saw people gathered here to back up the restaurant owner. But sorry
this is U.S.A, not Xi'An; gangster shouldn't and wouldn't work.
Simple solution: "Thank you for choosing xxxx. I am sorry that you are not
satisfied as my customer, it is my fault. If there is anything you know I
could do to improve, please let me know and I will do it"
Shame on you!, you lost faces of Xi'an!. To me, you are ri
bar chua! I didn't and wouldn't ever go to your restaurant to dine. I had
a thought going there, now it completely disappeared even though I pass by
Chelmsford and go to Lowell everyday. And I was lucky I haven't been. |

I know you were treated unfairly by some of your own clients with
unreasonable demands and I have always been on your side about that.
But it does not give you the right to treat others the same way.
I did decide not to say anything more about this a while ago
but you simply could not let it go.

However, the point of this week-long argument should be more than who is
right and who is wrong. It should also not be what really happened on the
day of the incident. He who studies psychology understands that facts can be
distorted in each individual's mind to form opinions, and what we opine is
not what we experienced.
I believe many of us on these forums have received higher educations and are
disciples of science. If we were to look at life from a scientific
perspective, everyone is different. Accept the differences, and we'll avoid
all the arguments.
