st. and Putnam Ave. in Cambridge. It is close to Harvard, MIT, MGH, and BU.
It is 8 minutes walk to a red line T station(Central Square) and is on the
70/70A/64/47 bus lines.
The parking space is inside a townhouse complex and away from busy
roads. It is uncovered and on the paved brick area in front of my house
thatI own. The parking space also belongs to me.
Asking rent (negotiable): $70 a month. You should have up-to-date
car insurance, car registration, and driver's license.
