六七十年代的房子，盖的时候大多偷工减料
质量相当的不好
在budge有限的情况下，还不如买二三十年代的房子

结构的，换过大梁，加固地基等，所以他的评价我比较信。

Old houses have old charm, lots of characters and great qualities of
building materials, but it also depends on the past owners. We are more into
the houses built in 1800s and before 1940s after we bought our first house
which was built in 1960.
We saw something really nice from 1920s or 30s, unfortunately the previous
owners ruined it by replacing the exterior to vinyl even aluminum sidings.
what a shame. but again, it is just personal preference.
After all, if the previous owners took good care of the house, it should be
a good house in general, that is my opinion.

不都说vinyl或是 aluminum得外墙好打理吗？
