current RTS sticker which was to expire on December 31, 2010 will now be
valid
until March 31, 2011. Any Needham resident or business needing to purchase
an
RTS sticker after December 31, 2010, but before the new 2011 RTS stickers
become
available for sale, may purchase a 2010 RTS sticker for a flat fee of $25
and
the sticker will be valid until March 31, 2011. A notice of when the new RTS
stickers will be available for purchase will be posted on the Town’s web
site.

do you know why they deley the sale of the sticker?

(I thought they will put the trash fee into property tax, so people can
deduct it)
