"heard"? i think it is said clearly in the poster.
anyway, others may be interested, so let them advertise if they want.
CNY is a holiday for everyone, some people like to celebrate in church,
some in buddhist temple, some without any religion, just be happy and
respect everyone's way

otherwise, it is expensive to rent a place.
I met a lot good guys from different church.
They are human beings too.

Dear Chinese Friends of Needham:
Snow is over and our party is ON!
Just a quick reminder of tomorrow's celebration:
1. Registration starts 4:45pm Saturday/tomorrow afternoon. Carter church is
on 800 Highland Avenue. Look for the side door with the sign of "Church
Office" also our balloons. Once inside the door, turn right immediately down
to the basement where you will hear and find our registration volunteers.
2. Proceed orderly with registration. You will receive a name tag and
program brochure. You will be kindly asked for a donation of $10 per family
or $5 per person. Exact cash or a check will be appreciated.
3. See attached PDF file for parking guide details. Try to park either at
Carter parking lot or a lot behind US post office benind Mark Lee Rd. See
balloons at these 2 main parking lots. Also free parking at 1 side of
Alfrenton Rd by Carter church. By tomorrow these 3 parking spots should be
mostly cleared. All other areas of parking is mostly for shoppers/customers,
so it is your call and discretion. Around 5pm we will have 1-2 traffic
guides so follow their advice.
4. Due to still snow on the ground and cold weather, drive and walk to
Carter carefully.
5. Please bring a warm dish to share at potluck dinner. We may have limited
ability to reheat the food inside Carter. If there is any food allergy issue
, please let me know ASAP so we can take precautions. Follow instructions of
our volunteers on how to place your dish, etc. Dinner will start around 5:
30pm and all programs will be completed around 9:30pm.
6. Please make sure you take care of all your personal belongings. We don't
have a special coat check room but everyone will have a chair to sit and
place your coats. We think all are safe at the party but you should still be
ultimately responsible for all your personal belongings, etc.
7. For those with young kids, be advised to be extra careful not to touch
hot food, hotwater, electric outlets, alarm systems, and other closed areas
of the Carter church. You should take care of your kids and family members.
If babysitting needs for very small kids do arise, we may be able to provide
about 1 hour volunteer service around 8:30pm.
8. Due to our max facility capacity, please do not bring new/unregistered
folks to the party for everyone's benefit. We appreciate your coorperation!
Let me know if you have any questions between now and tomorrow. Otherwise,
we will be thrilled to meet with you and your families and friends tomorrow!
