好的（看网上的评论），可是看他的agreement, 500多块居然好多东西都不包括，不做
termite inspection, report上也不写入：cosmetic and minor deficiencies •

看看有沒有termite的跡象, 並非完全不管. 他可能會說有termite, 但是多嚴重你要另
找專家來做報告. | m******c

发帖数: 10098 | 5 不管你用哪一个公司的那一个Inspector, 他们的任务是查一查结构性的问题，比如栋
梁有没有倾斜， 屋顶状况，电荷有没有安全隐患， 家电是否正常运转，等等。 至于
石棉，铅漆，白蚁， 有害气体， 他们会查看窝内有没有迹象值得怀疑， 这些问题需
要另外递钱给独立实验室去化验， 凭化验结果才能证明存在或者不存在。
你自己也要仔细检查房子的浴室管道是否有过漏水迹象， 有的问题买好房搬去几个月
后才能发现。当然有的好处也是搬进去之后才发现。
