Your first loan is going to be paid off, which has nothing to do with your
current refinanced new loan. In future, you can even pay it off any time you

I have a different question regarding the upfront tax and home insurance I
paid to my current loaner, will they return these costs to me after I
refinance? for instance, if I start my new loan on Oct.1, but there are
withholding tax and home insurance I paid upfront to my current loaner until
the end of year, do I get refund for the tax and insurance costs between
Oct. and Dec.?

refinance, your loan will be sold from one mortgage company to the other. So always check the money in your escrow to make sure that it will not be lost during the transition. | s**********n
