Yuexin Li, I never imagined that there will be post-closing issues arising
2 months after I moved in.
Bought a condo and was wondering how come I haven't received any
correspondences from the association and no statement for association fee
either. Called them today and they said they never received any documents
and checks that my attorney was supposed to send them right after closing.

Just wanna add to the thread here:
My closing attorney was Matthew T. Desrochers, he was recommended by my loan
agent,in which both are co-located in Stoneham, MA. Couple complaints that
people should be aware of:
1) Unresponsive to phone calls and emails especially a few days before my
closing date.
2) Solicited additional P&S review fees on top of closing cost (good faith
estimates included p&s)
3) While nothing catastrophic took place during and after the closing (thank
God), we found out he
