、不听你宣称结论依然可靠，直接撤稿，一下就是12篇；

我在本期看到是12篇，前面还有三篇，这15篇13篇曹是最后通讯，2篇挂名；一是有感
于JBC的刚, 同时也惋惜JBC的落寞，水至清则无鱼；二是曹已经不会再被处罚了, 一年
不能招生及不能申请经费,额,九牛落了一跟毛……

再怎么看现在JBC肯定也是碰不起Cell research了，Cell research扛过了影响因子的
泡沫时期（09-14年，这个阶段可能真的就是JBC水平，靠着综述和一些大佬被scoop的
好文章撑着），现在只算article，也是稳稳的10分以上了，文章质量只要看过，相信
会有判断；生化所另一个期刊JMCB前几年影响因子也超过10，但是没有坚持下来，随着
泡沫破灭现在也被淘汰了，你可以argue说CR影响因子有水分（article少，letter多，
综述不少），但也站稳了。JBC更多是一种情怀，等到90年代过来的那一波生化老人淡
出科研，JBC也就真的成过去式了。

家的迫害。
曹雪涛全文回复如下：
感谢您对曹雪涛团队工作的关注。团队和合作者高度重视和慎重对待每一篇受质疑论
文：
1）对于所有受质疑论文图像中所涉及的实验结果，不管其论文发表在哪一个期刊，我
们都全部重复过实验。很多实验在过往的研究过程中也已经被团队的不同课题组独立重
复过。这些重复实验的结果都与原文的结果一致，证明所有实验都是可以重复的、实验
结果是可靠的、实验结论是可验证的。
2）这些发表于美国《生物化学杂志》（JBC ）论文很多是关于本团队90年代末从
免疫细胞测序中独立发现和克隆的全新基因及其编码的蛋白质分子的功能研究， 论文
首次报道的新分子及其功能和机制等结果后来陆续被国内外其他研究团队独立研究证实
，证明我们的研究结果具有可重复性与可靠性。这些来自中国的有助于疾病防控的原创
发现是抹杀不了的，团队独立发现的分子依旧存在并将继续发挥作用。
3）在受质疑的JBC 论文中，70%以上发表于10多年前，最早的发表于2004-2005年
，研究开始的时间则更早，当时科研条件比较简陋。由于研究和发表的时间久远、设备
的更新换代以及实验室人员的流动离职等原因，虽然团队尽了所有努力，有些实验还是
无法找到当时的原始数据。我们向JBC 编辑部多次提交了独立重复实验的原始数据以及
国际其他实验团队验证我们实验可重复性的证据并提交了能找到的部分论文相关的原始
数据和记录。遗憾的是JBC 编辑部并没有按照科学界广泛认可的国际学术出版规范（
COPE）同意用正确的原始图片或者更新的图片进行论文勘误。此外，对比分析发现一些
JBC 已经同意勘误（而不是撤回）的来自欧美实验室论文的错误甚至更多，Pubpeer网
站上也存在大量被质疑的JBC 论文，例如2020年5月-12月半年多时间内有460多篇JBC
论文受到质疑，而编辑部对于绝大多数没有作任何处理，这从一个层面反映出可能存在
双重标准。在这种情况下，团队决定主动撤回这些论文，拟进一步补充和完善新的实验
结果后以更高的标准重新整理发表。
4）生物医学领域的论文涉及实验数据与图片较多。对于受质疑论文所涉及的比如
免疫印迹、凝胶电泳等图片呈现方式，在10-20年前相当长的时间里并没有统一的标准
和规范。目前国际上认可和推广的规范是近十多年来学术共同体逐步建立和完善起来的
。至于有报道提到有些论文质疑尚未看到团队在Pubpeer上回应，我们对于所有质疑都
已逐一仔细核对，并已重复所有相关实验。团队对于需要更正或澄清的地方均已与相关
编辑部联系处理。同时需要指出的是，相当一部分Pubpeer上的质疑属于发问者对论文
的误读或误解，论文本身没有问题。
对于过去的一些论文受到质疑，团队一直在深刻反省，未来将进一步加强团队学术
规范管理，精简团队规模，坚持遵守学术规范和维护科研诚信，以更加严谨态度继续开
展创新性研究工作，为国家生物医学发展贡献力量。

其实曹一直是有能力的，从他这么华丽的publication来看，没有真本事肯定达不到，
并且我自己也看了不少他的文章，整个讲故事的思路这块还是很有启发性的，他自己没
有怎么出过国，但是把英语练的这么地道也算是对自己有很高的要求，起码是非常努力
的；这位川大副校长我就真的不知道为啥会有这么强大的资源，科研能力太一般了，最
好的文章还是2000年的那片nature medicine，近年来全是小文章灌水，wei xiawei也
是一样，博士毕业没几年，除了新冠的那片nature也没见有啥好文章
