Rhode Island is recruiting a postdoctoral associate to conduct research in
pharmaceutical drug delivery and cancer immunotherapy.
Preferred expertise includes nanomedicine and formulation for drug and gene
delivery, nanoparticle synthesis, oncology sciences, immunology,
immunotherapy, biomedical engineering, material sciences, microneedle
application, engineering drug delivery particulates and device in cancer and
other diseases.
Basic skills include animal work experience, cell culture, western blot, PCR
, ELISA, biological assay development, multi-color flow cytometry, confocal
microscopy, chemical and analytical characterization tools, etc.
Qualified candidate should have a Ph.D. degree in the fields of
Pharmaceutical Sciences, Bioengineering, Nanobiotechnology, Biomaterials,
etc.
Candidate should have the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking
research environment; highly self-motivated and independent in doing
research; have strong written and verbal communication skills.
