The boss is a very nice MD. It may seem a lot of work because this is a
small lab and the person is expected to handle all experiments related to
his/her experiments, but that's the basic expectation for all postdocs and
researchers, right? The boss is highly supportive for application of
fellowships and career development awards. Hope this helps.
