看manual上写的，它带的plasmid vectors可以sbuclone，aav-293细胞可以传代。
但是它说 "pRC and pHelper plasmids are sufficient for two transfections " ，
不会是这两个不能扩增吧？
有没有用过的高人给讲一下？多谢！

发帖数: 179 | 2 we are using the same system, but we didn't the the pRC plasmids, we have
our own different seratype AAV RC. I think it can be amplified, the same as
we used other RC plasmids. Also AAV-293 could be subcultured, but it is
better to use low passage cells to package the AAV. Good luck.
