transmembrane protein？因为basolateral surface和coverglass之间太紧密，所以
transmembrane protein全都被限制到了apical surface上？

There are lots of essential proteins working in the basolateral protein, for
instance many exporter protein localizing on basolateral membrane to
transport nutrients into blood in intestine. |
