t**l 发帖数: 109	1 我现在想研究一个gene是否和CCCTC-Binding Factor 有关系。我想知道这个CTCF的consensus sequence: CCGCGNGGNGGCAG 时候存在我想研究的这个 gene的上下游和内含子中。我应该怎么入手，从来没做个bioinfo方面的工作。还有就是想biochemially 证明这个CTCF可以结合到这个gene的DNA，但是我不知道哪个地方，要是做CHIP,怎么选primer呢，总不能一上来就chip-seq，
