最近国内很多人在买一个叫奥利奇善壳寡糖胶囊的，
请问有用吗？是否又是一个忽悠老人的骗人东西？

compose the exoskeletons of crustaceans and other arthropods, cell walls in
fungi and many higher organisms. Glucosamine is one of the most abundant
monosaccharides.[1] It is produced commercially by the hydrolysis of
crustacean exoskeletons or, less commonly by fermentation of a grain such as
corn or wheat.[2] In the US it is one of the most common non-vitamin, non-
mineral, dietary supplements used by adults.[3]

发帖数: 8420 | 4 就是几丁聚糖，虾壳蟹壳的主要成分，与补钙没什么关系，八成是骗人的。

即使在美国，这么保健品也没多少是真正有效的。作为保健品销售的商品，其宣传的“
效果”是不被FDA认可的。
