and have lunch together. Attendees will give $10 each, which is used to pay
for lunch.
The problem is 1)not all people come all the time. and the lunch fee is not
all the same. Sometimes, it is $7.59, others, $11.3.
2) each time we buy more food than what the attendee needs.
3) some members forget to pay $10.
4) in some times, lunch fee will be waived because we have some money left
from previous meetings. But if someone cannot attend the free lunch because
of somethings, he or she may feel unfair, because he or she previously pays
$10 each time.
5) there are no restaurants nearby the meeting place.
In what kind of way to organize such meeting to let everyone feel it is fair
to everyone?
Is it possible to collect the same money as the price in which person order
the lunch? For example, if he takes $5.3 lunch, he only needs to pay $5.3,
not
